Fall Cleaning

I'm feeling...not anxious, but a little frustrated about the number of WIPs I have and my now-reduced knitting time, so I'm declaring the month of September to be FALL CLEANING TIME. That means I will not cast on for new things (except maybe, maybe a hexapuff or two) until October 1. I did some spring cleaning back in April 2010 and it worked out pretty well.

I have nine active WIPs and a bunch in hibernation. Let's see how I do.

i have been a finishing fiend lately, too. i finished my rivendell socks a couple of nights ago and am like nine rows from finishing my traveling woman. i'd like to finish my long-sleeved eyelet chemise (why must sleeves take.so.long), but i am itching to cast on amy herzog's new wintry mix sweater. it's just the sort of thing i'd love to wear and would totally buy if i saw it in a store. going to swatch with some solana and join a kal to make them. oh, and the fronkensteek socks, too. shadyside snb and lsg are both doing kals for those, and i'm intrigued and you know i love to -along. so...i can't join you for the no-casting-on part, but i'm trying to finish as many as i start :)
